Thanks @Bowens. I think it will work out. We will just have to see if we are star-crossed like Romeo and Juliet. We are hoping for the best, I least recognize it may not work out.

He’s in the army, and in the Middle East. Probably in Turkey at the US base there since 2012, but I don’t know that for a fact.
Nobody in the military stays in the same place for 10 years. You move about every three or four. Sometimes more often.

I don’t know about his past. The base has been there since 2012. He’s been at this base for maybe a year. He was in San Diego area before then.
What is his rank and job?
