Over the past year I have been inspired by a relative who also has sz that changed his diet radically and has been able to hold down a job for the past 20 years. He went totally gluten free, pretty much sugar free, lactose free… He eats a pretty spartan diet of a lot of vegetables, rice, small amounts of chicken and beef, fish, nuts, eggs and tiny amounts of fruit. He is a little too strict IMHO but I can’t argue that it hasn’t dramatically improved his health. Has anyone else had success with altering their diets? (Not just dropping gluten)
yes i pretty much do the above without the meat, no alcohol etc…
i also take pau d’arco and different health teas…it works…don’t get sick in the body anyway…
my mind, on the other hand is permanently on holiday in ’ alice in wonderland ’ !
yes on and off hard to stick to.

I used to be on a low carb diet. Now I eat almost all type of foods but in moderation - diets are fads that dont last.
I stay away from sugar and try to eat as little processed foods
