health is needed even to just be alive !
so how to be healthy ?

and i feel prevented from that by mental illness
but the goal of losing weight seem wonderful
any good strategy to achieve that

Do you have a friend or partner you could exercise with? It can just be a small amount regularly. It makes a difference to your health, according to scientists.
my brother he is on diet but i cant immitate him
cause he is focused
sometime i forget i am on diet even
sometime i am depressed
too many things happen in my everyday life
