The doc will talk about my meds and the length of my ward stay (i’m at a ward right now)
I’m taking the shot tomorrow I think, kind of scared…
Nothing to be scared of. Shots are quick and relatively painless. It will be over before you know it.

Well, sometimes it might be sore for a couple days. Think thats due to getting a more dull needle.

Ward stay are shorter now. Just don’t refuse meds or your stay will be longer. That happened to me.
We had no access to internet when I was in, only a corded phone that they would turn off on us. The meds will help. Don’t be afraid to ask questions about your treatment and meds.

The meds are mainly for preventing episodes because I’m not currently psychotic
