I feel kind of weird. Like a little shaky. Maybe I need to eat? I’m making a potato. I think the pharmacist was telling me to eat with it but my daughter and her boyfriend were chattering so I couldn’t hear him very well. I get nervous with antibiotics because I’ve had reactions in the past to other kinds. It’s probably just anxiety.
I took Keflex years ago when I was a young man. I didn’t have any reaction to it.
I did. I’m allergic to cephalosporins. Cant take it anymore
The Keflex is really upsetting my tummy and digestive tract. I’ve put a call through to the Dr. and the nurses advice line but I’m not going to get a call from the nurse until 8pm and who knows when the Dr. will call. I’m not sure if I should continue taking it. I don’t know what’s normal for Keflex. I know antibiotics are really rough on the digestive system in general so I guess I’ll just keep taking it until further notice. It is already helping my toe so I really want to keep taking it.
I’ve not taken that one, but I take antibiotics every year or two and they always make me really sick. Try taking a probiotic with them. It might not make a big difference, but it definitely helps.
The nurse from the advice line called me back and went through a bunch of questions and said it was normal and if everything stays within normal range to keep taking them and to take probiotics just like you said.
I’ve taken it. Never had any problems with it. Can’t remember about taking with food. I’m sure you can. You should have an insert that tells.
