Have you ever had the "traveler´s disease"?

I´m looking for another word, it´s not exactly “intoxication by consuming contaminated food or water.”

I´m talking about, when you go to another country, or eat food that you don´t eat frequently you experience loose stool and abdominal cramps.

It happens to me when I eat indian food, for example.

I read somewhere that it has to do with the (good) bacteria in your stomach that is not used to that kind of food. It becomes a different type of gut bacteria I think, as you continue to eat those foods.
