Let’s hope I don’t snack. I can’t eat until 11am tomorrow now. I don’t know if I’ll lose weight but hoping somethings improve.
It helps to also restrict calories a bit. There are calorie counters online that can help you know how many calories to eat in order to lose weight.
I know I don’t eat a lot but all the wrong foods so that don’t help.
Fasting does reduce calorie intake but I would highly suggest eating a small bowl of vegetables or something similar. Not eating 3 meals a day is abnormal and unsustainable in the long term.
Yeah. I keep frozen veggies around for snack attacks. Just microwave them with some butter and garlic salt, they’re delicious. Or roast them in olive oil.
I need to lose weight too. It’s bad.
I probably eat 5 meals not 3 I snack a lot. This is why I am stopping eating after 7.
That’s not hard to do being veggie but cakes and biscuits around the house too, don’t help.
Also if I eat breakfast at 11 , lunch around 2 and dinner around 6:30 I’m not a actually skipping meals. We have dinner around that time anyway I just snack too much.
