I am not really in the mood for anything recently,should I just accept and just do my things or make changes to improve my mood?
Last Saturday I met up with my cousin and my younger siblings.At the start of the gathering I was feeling good and comfortable but as times go by I became quiet and start speaking in a monotone boring tone.I can sense I am the least interested participant in the whole gathering,it really hit on my confidence level.I wonder if this gathering actually affected my mood?
