Have any of you tried Bay Leaf Tea?

It’s great for medicinal purposes. My first sip felt like a hit off a cigarette when you haven’t had one for awhile. The back of my head relaxed.
If you have bay leaves in your kitchen, try this. 1 and 1/2 bay leaves in a cup of water. Boil for 3 minutes. Seep for 4 minutes.
Great for anxiety and other stuff, too.


Sounds interesting.

If I liked bay leaf more, I’d try it.

The article I read stated that bay leaf was never really meant to be a spice, but that it was good medicine.
