Is this a pain in your ear again? Maybe you should be more firm with the doctor, and tell him it’s not going away.

No, this is from a head injury caused by a doctor when I was an infant. But the way I use or don’t use my scalp does affect the ear, too. I think capsaicin is used for the pain of something like surgical scars.
