No i never have. I used to be so afraid of it when I first entered a hospital. But then I chose occupational therapy instead. In the seventies it was still big bad stuff for nare do wells and the severe cases. Not now.

I think the current effect sizes for basically all mental illnesses are too low for it to be a viable treatment for most people. Might be wrong.
