Can’t tell if I have restlessness from the cold or akathisia from the depot. Kinda feels a bit like both to be honest

The restlessness could very well be from the depot shot.
Maybe get in touch with your doctor if it continues.

Yeah autumn too. We use degrees Celsius over here. Is about 8 degrees c. Think we will have a frost tonight
