Has spring come to your place?

It’s late March, the temperatures here are between 10-20 degrees Celsius. Very comfortable. The cherry blossoms are blooming in the streets. But I am still staying inside the apartment because I am anxiously watching my goldfish. I have one left and she is sick at the moment. I have tried one type of medicine which was not very effective. Today I started to treat it with another medicine and am waiting to see the effect.

How is the weather in your city? Is it spring already?

How can you tell when a fish is sick?

It’s nice in Indiana. Lots of fresh air and sunny. Although there was a bit of a wind chill, it still was nice. It’s suppose to snow on Friday and Saturday. I doubt it though. We live in a valley and most of the weather skips us.

goldfish are very brisk when they are healthy. When they are sick they no longer like to swim but stay at a corner for long and are very slow if they swim.

Moving into autumn over here but we only really have two seasons. Hot and mild. So summer and winter.

Sorry that your still having trouble with your goldfish! It was a tricky business for us all those years ago when it came to goldfish. I hope you have some better success!

I used to live in Newcastle for around 10 years. The weather in Newcastle has the variety of four seasons. I miss it very much.

I’ve seen @green5 you lived out here a while. Brisbane isn’t really tropical but it borders on those boundaries. It’s a hotter environment for sure. I drove through and stayed at Newcastle years ago! Thought is was a different city…driving up from Sydney was a great drive though! Peace and good luck with those fish!

We got a hot summer last year. The highest temperature was 42 degrees Celsius. When it is above 35 degrees we stay inside the rooms with an air-conditioning.

I’m sorry to hear that your fish is ill. Is he in a separate hospital tank to be medicated?

Maybe he’s come down with seasonal affective disorder, lol, jk
