Has anyone had testicle shrinkage?

What do you think about Clomid to increase testosterone for gym gains?
I started taking ashwagandha and it’s motivated me to start weight lifting.

I take T and it did not help negative symptoms.

@Aziz There was a thread from a a few year ago where you mentioned trying vitamin b6 to reduce prolactin. How are you feeling on the testosterone? Do you feel good so far or is it making you tense?

I stopped b6 as i read the dose is too high, I feel like T is doing nothing for me, I don’t experience any side effects either.

I had this and penis became numb on invega, it was too distressing so I went off it.

@Aziz It should taken a few weeks before you feel different, at least I think.

@Shamn I don’t feel as much on Olanzpine but still feel orgasms decently well. I wonder if that’s considered being numb.

My whole pecker has kind of shrunk, and diabetes is making me much less virile. What a time to start to have success with the girls!

@crimby My erect length shrunk by an inch when I first started taking an ap four years ago. You can get it back though! Diabetes is reversible. Ulotaront has the ability to reverse ap weight gain and t-levels can increase through certain supplements.

I think you would have to see an endocrinologist and really get their opinion. My general feeling is that it’s not something you want to start doing before you father children and not something you want to do before the age of ~40

Clomid is different from TRT in that it preserves fertility. I think it increases lutinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone to make your testis produce more testosterone.

I don’t understand the mechanism well. I asked a professor about it specifically when I was part of a serm research trial who was dual endocrinologist and psychiatrist. She gave me more or less the same answer I gave you. I think with hormones it is much more complicated then it appears on the surface with many interactions. I’m not sure you can just assume it is okay to take x and assume that you will be okat later down the track.

Next Monday, I will have been on 400iu vitamin e for 6 weeks. My labs from this week indicate my prolactin fell from 30ng/ml to 11.7ng/ml. Testosterone was around 208 ng/dl but was measured at 5pm so not sure what the morning max is. Though decreasing prolactin increased testosterone there is another mechanism in olanzapine that lowers t-levels that is separate from hyperprolactinemia as t-levels only fluctuate around 200ng/dl throughout the day and my pre-antipsychotic t-levels were much higher.
