I left my body at the train station four years ago. The bag lady on the corner has yet to return it. I’m still hoping though.
An OBE as a result of mental illness? Yes.
A supernatural/paranormal OBE? No. I don’t like to pursue such things myself, though I find other peoples’ experiences interesting.
Near death experiences and out of body experiences nde obe
This is called a hypogogic hallucination. I get them a lot when I’m stressed out. They’re absolutely terrifying, and I’m sorry you have them, too.
Way way back when I had some OoB experiences. Got pretty scary just when I thought I was getting the hang of it, because I was heading somewhere where you just don’t want to go. Don’t ask !
Today I have switched to the basic “Out Of Money” experience. It’s easy to perfect, and it costs you nothing.
Nope, it was like an nde or obe.
There was wind and flashes of light in my room and there were moaning ass evil ■■■■■ behind me.
And i floated toward them.
I understand hallucination full well and this ■■■■ was something else.
(heeellllllppppp mmmmeeeeeeee)
Hypogogic hallucinations aren’t like regular hallucinations. They happen right after you wake up or right before you fall asleep. Your mind is half awake, but still capable of dreaming, and you can have full experiences that are totally not real.
I’m outside of my body right now. Have to type this with my toes.
Yeah i get it, this wasn’t that.
This was an induced mental experience where i was tormented by the dark ones.
After a bit you understand the difference between hallucinations and magic.
On LSD I left my body by a half.
Sounds mad it was I was just half out of my body…
Like looking at myself from the side.
I leave my.body multiple times a day. Its the best part of my day.
In high school, which was a difficult time and my mind was rarely present in the moment, I was sitting in a class and the teacher was lecturing. I was trying to listen but I couldn’t hear the teacher very well. I had a lot of noise at that time. Anyway, as I was trying hard to listen when suddenly I was above myself. I saw myself from above sitting at the desk. I looked around the room and saw everyone, and looked at the teacher who was still just talking. I had the sensation of falling and I was back in my body. It was involuntary and spooked me a little. There are other times when I’ve been threatened or actually hurt and I feel myself move away from my body, but that’s a different experience.
You people are freaking me out lol
When I’m not doing well, I have these experiences a lot. I don’t float up but instead slip down, through any solid surface that I’m on.
Sometimes at night, I’d be unable to fall asleep because I keep falling through my body and through the bed and through the floor, knowing that there’s nothing to stop me from falling forever. Super unenjoyable.
2 meditation induced out of body adventures…and 6 watcher induced forced soul trips…these are less fun my mind feels jumbled on the return into the body…where the meditation ones left me feeling happy and content…
let me see did or not have my sprit leave the body and recognize that the body was some were else… hmmmm.
nope, I don’t think I’ve ever had an out-of-body experience; except maybe in dreams…
does déjà vu count? I get déjà vu wayyyyyy too much.
I used to get this so much for a while I just let go and fell in love with it
Both the scary ones and the falling through the floor
Used to think it was what I wanted
