I’m reading Harry Potter and sometimes they have steak and kidney pie. :pie: :cut_of_meat:

It sounds disgusting. How does it actually taste?

I have tried chicken hearts and chicken liver, they’re good. They’re very high in heme iron.

Fray Bentos steak and kidney pies used to be good. Then some utter twerp had the boneheaded idea of replacing the meat content with more and more gravy and slush.

If you like the taste of organ, it’s good. I do, so I like the meaty organs taste with gravy and crisp crust when homemade.
