Has anybody been diagnosed with cognitive impairment from sz/sza?

My pdoc. says I have mild cognitive impairment from sza. Cognitive impairment, or MCI, can adversely affect memory. I cannot drive a car anymore due to this MCI, and I had to sell my car and move into an assisted living home. I have had many incidents of traffic accidents, traffic tickets and incidents of falling lately. All of my neurological tests have come up negative for anything physically wrong. Cognitive impairment is one of the main symptoms of schizophrenia, as described by Bleuler. AP’s also cause cognitive impairment. Especially the older, typical AP’s. The anti cholinergic’s , taken for EPS symptom’s, are also known to affect cognition. So, likely, MCI, in sz’s/sza’s, is a result of a synergistic effect of the disease, the typical AP’s and the anti cholinergics.
