My therapist said she is going to move some of her patients to new therapist but she wants to keep me as a client because she said i may have a hard time adjusting to a new therapist

In which way has she helped you?
She is a very good therapist she doesn’t judge like my past therapists. She has talked and relayed to me her anxiety problems which makes her easier to relate too
