Mmm sugar skulls.
Growing up in California has afforded me the chance to experience the Mexican culture via immigration. I love the costumes, I love the dancing and jolly of a Mexican party that lasts until sunrise.
It really is an awesome holiday, valuable lesson to honor our ancestors, we wouldn’t be us without them.
I also see the lesson in that death is a natural end of a life, no one escapes it, but it’s not to be feared.
