Do some people find relief from hallucinations (visual or voices) at night or in a dark room?
There’s something I came across called “dark therapy.”
I want your opinion on this, have no idea if it might be useful for some subset of people.

My symptoms are usually worse at night, so I guess I’ve had the opposite experience
It’s my night dreams that can be nasty.
In the last dream, I, and others like me, were being attacked by others who had guns that shot a liquid of some kind. The liquid would then disintegrate your flesh.
Anyhow, I was surrounded and they shot at me from multiple directions. I began to disintegrate, but woke up at that point. OUCH !
Usually I get auditory hallucinations at night more so than during the day. I think it may have something to do with me being tired and possibly the effects of my meds decreasing over the course of the day. Luckily, I’ve had minimal voices for the last 7 days.
