I keep hallucinating that there are worms everywhere and they are one of my biggest fears I know it’s a hallucination but I am terrified

You don’t use drugs do you? Bug hallucinations are a common drug hallucination, especially related to amphetamine use. (I say because stopping the drug use can make the hallucinations go away)
Regardless that sounds awful and I’m so sorry you deal with that.

Only you can answer that question of whether or not you should go in. It is a matter of do you feel safe or not.
I don’t know. The hallucinations are scary and the voices in my head say kill yourself but I have been in a hospital before and that is also terrifying
