Had to Put Together Chair and Computer Desk

I had to put together a good, comfortable chair and a large computer desk yesterday. It was pretty exhausting after it was all done. I sweated a lot, and my muscles felt sore and tired.

Physically, I am in a lot better shape lately since the Clopixol injection has 100% worn off. My body and muscles are more toned. I can feel and see that my muscles have become more toned.

No, I don’t lift weights. It just happened naturally.
