300 jumping jacks
100 squats
50 pushups
50 sit-ups
customize to your needs. Have not got to the full workout yet but I do 150 jumping jacks a day and started at 100.

good on you for excercising

Wow good for you. Get thoughs endorphins. I’m pretty happy with it so far. Have not changed eating habits and clothes are loose.
The latest trend is ten minute work-outs. Instead of hour-long or two hour-long workouts. My brother-in-law is a personal trainer and I read it in his newsletter.
Yeah with crazy busy lifes I could see that. I’ll look it up but this working for me right now. I use to walk for an hour but I stopped loosing and people can be so rude when they don’t have to be polite. So I found this and customized it. I do miss being out in the fresh air though.
It was originally:
275 jumping jacks
125 squats
100 sit-ups
75 pushups
Absolutely hate the gym. Get very symptomatic.
Yeah, that’s the reason he cited.
Jack Lalaine made a career out of doing calisthenics and lived to be in nineties.
I need a good body, not exercise.
I need one of those bodies where they just stay the way they are. Nothing goes in or out, no maintenance needed, no age, no bones, no flesh. One of those bodies.
Exercise releases endorphins which cause the stress hormone cortisol to drop thus reducing greatly the fight or flight response.
Personally I switch it up because static workouts are only good for so long. What was really cool was finding a boxing simulator to follow on youtube. It is really neat because you have a guy on the screen doing the workout also and the coach voice feels like a real session at the gym… But i do 8 min mandatory almost everyday I have a pull up bar and some resistance bands yeah i figured i would save the extra money and just stay self motivated
