In Sweden it is popular with rice cream that is special rice cooked in milk with a cinnamon stick .

Then there is risalamalta which I adore as well.

It is this rice with whipped cream stirred in and served with fresh orange.
It is a delight but be careful to not overwhip the cream if I am to eat it.
I have had ones that taste like butter.

I love rice porridge and risalamalta.:heart:️
