we don’t have much choice in China when it comes to eating meat. Cheken meat is dangerous in China because chikens grows quickly like 30-40 days as they eat special food and medicine.

I’ve had that stuff at one of the indian restos around here.
Hah I liked it for a while, but over time the more purple nature of the meat has soured my mind to it.
I’m used to pig, cow, chicken, fish, shrimp, scallop… and that’s basically it. The entirety of the american diet right there. I guess we do have “lamb-chops” which are lamb fillets…

Those are healthy meats for the brain.
Turkey is usually drier with more of a roasted deep flavor… where chicken is more mild and consistent
