Growing up here, we had two arcade businesses in town

and they were creative games, and pretty innocent. a quarter a game. my brother could go for hours on that one quarter.

I was shocked to go into Chucky Cheese more recently with my son.

Well, there was lots of that in the 80s.

I miss arcades, that’s why I’m sort of throwing one together in the man cave.

I adore pinball. Too bad it has been dying for decades. There are a few splinter groups who want to resurrect the game so we’ll see.

they may have had some with guns,

it was usually to hit a symbol in the sky.

I want to build a virtual system using 4K screens. They’ve gotten pretty nice.

What do you think of your Oculus? Is it worth it compared to traditional gaming?

VR gaming is fun. Kind of like wii was fun. But it’s not a replacement for actual gaming. At least not yet.

I used to work at the local Chuck E Cheese near my hometown years ago.
I did various jobs there including being the Chuck E Cheese Mascot, wearing the costume and everything. :mouse:
