They also mentioned that for people taking anti-depressants or anti-psychotics, there are some benefits to taking a green tea + CLA supplement. I am currently trying Abs+ by Genuine Health. Of course, discuss with your doctor to see if you can take the supplement with your current medications. Abs+ has been proven to help people on anti-depressants to lose weight, especially in the belly area. Just don’t expect it to work instantly or to help immensely without proper nutrition and exercising. I am using it cause I want to accelerate my fat loss.
