I slept well last night! That is a victory, lately
I took a shower without problem.
My arthritis had flared up and I could picture myself in a wheelchair but one day when the Sun was out I felt like my old self again and thoroughly enjoyed the ride the group home lady took us on. The pandemic has lessened and we will have a Halloween party this year. I also got to talk to my Mom a few weeks ago. She’s 79, dating, shopping, and going to exercise in the water at a local place to do that. Things are looking up in some ways.
Baking seems like the ultimate sign of mental health and stability. If you can go through all that for something as simple as a scone then you can do anything.
Baking is my main stress-relief activity. It’s been frustrating lately because my shoulder hurts too much to be able to do much.
Smart! Being proactive I think is very important with mental health and in life in general. The general doesn’t start to asemble an army the moment another army is at the front gates. Winters always a hard season it’s smart to start fortifying our minds now.
Failure to prepare is preparation to fail
One victory I can list is that I’ve been able to eat more vegetables and drink more water lately. That’s good cause I feel mental and physical health go hand in hand
