Went into the city today. I was fine on the bus going there but when I got there I found it very busy.
Anyway I got a coffee and sat down and had a few cigarettes. Oh I also went to an electronics shop and looked at 4ktv’s. There were very pretty!
So I stayed for an hour and got the bus back. Baby steps I know but it is a start.

I know @everhopeful - kinda slipped off the wagon. Am smoking about 3-4 real cigs a day the rest of the time e-cigs. Am not really craving the real cigs as much as I used to but I expect even light smoking is bad for your health.
3-4’s still pretty good.
