Its so nice to have a bird again, the last time i had a budgie was Aug 2014. Then i got fish, and i still have fish. My new fish are called Luna, Saturn, Ariel and Halley, and my little blue budgie is called Sparky. Very exciting! 
I have been pretty stable as far as sz has gone, but two nights ago i heard Alien again. He inserted thoughts into my head and then started speaking to me. I was really agitated until i listened to some Coldplay and Sash to drown out the voices. And it worked, i was so glad!
No more voices since then. But i know Alien is always there lurking in the shadows of my brain…
