Hit up my old co worker/boss. Asked if they were looking for employees. Well I know they always are in this business of custodial arts. There’s a high turnover rate. Well they said they would love to have me back and she’d text me on Monday regarding my schedule.

You working as a janitor again? I’m working at a pizza shop haha but custodian wasn’t too bad. I wasn’t on the proper meds, and I didn’t like the hours but other than that it was cool.

Yeah I told my boss during the interview that I have mild autism and an anxiety disorder. He was cool about it. Also told one of my coworkers I have sz, and she was cool about it. I don’t like hiding my MI because then it backfires if I need a day off or something.

Thank you I think I won’t go to the gym I think. Or the Buddhist temple. This job will keep me occupied it’s like only 2-3 hour shifts but sometimes 2-3 shifts a day at separate locations. Well last time it was the worst winter of my life. The job was the biggest bright spot that winter. Until I quit and went into the hospital

Lol I got ran out of my business because I wasn’t comfortable until one day I got really upset and texted a co worker that I was mi. And she told the whole restaurant and it backfired. I had been there 9 months. I’m pretty sure we both quit. But ■■■■them. I’m glad you feel comfortable at first because I get a lot of stigma and I also mentioned drugs I was stupid but I always did a good job they never complained liked me. She would say ignorant things about mentally Ill and substance abusers. So she probably was the wrong person to trust. but whatever. It was my mistake but they ■■■■■■up too.

This job though I’m real cool with 3 of the co workers. I think I’m doing so much better it’ll go more smoothly and now I’m starting in the spring not the fall

The nice thing about mentioning my autism, is that they don’t make me answer phones lol so they are accommodating in that regard. All my managers are cool, so I guess I’m lucky to work at a place like that. Sorry you had a bad experience in mentioning your MI – my guess is that people are more understanding nowadays.

Maybe he learned a lesson. Or he’s just a dick. I don’t think anyone liked the girl but they sided with her. Idk that restaurant needed serious shake up. My favorite employee got fired I wish I stood up for him but u kno. My boss took 50% of our tips too lol

They just talked â– â– â– â– about ppl all day. Miserable â– â– â– â– â–
And I did this 21 pie order every Friday. Sometimes they got a salad too and they barely tipped lol at a pre school.
