Even only 5 mg I couldn’t tolerate because anxiety
Abilify 2-5mg worsens my psychosis. But 10mg works
Yeah i had a lot of anxiety as well on the other brand… but the generic brand was okay for me.

I’d recimend exercising while taking it. Join a gym maybe?
Yeah i actually ride push bike… so its fine in that topic.
