A year ago my AIC was 10.3 and my average blood glucose was 240. Well, I went on metformin and then mounjaro and I got tested today and my A1C is 5.4 and my blood glucose is 108. I also credit my diet, I cut out most sugar and limited my fast food to once a week and roughly followed the Mediterranean Diet. It’s a little harder to diet now without a stove and just having half a refrigerator that I don’t have a lot of room to keep fresh fruit and vegetables in and I can’t keep staples and ingredients in. But I got a microwave and an induction burner so I can cook a little.
Yay, that’s awesome! Good work!
Nice work! I’m trying to do the same. Hopefully I have some good results during my next blood tests.
Wow. Nice job.

I lost 25lbs and my A1C went from 7.5 down to 6.0 since starting Ozempic four months ago.
That’s Awesome @77nick77!
How is the new Studio Apartment working out? You seem to be in good spirits these days. ![]()
It’s working out OK. I was talking to some lady who was doing her laundry at the same time as me who’s lived here five years and she warned me that there’s troublemakers here and it can get dangerous and not to answer my door to anyone! But it’s been pretty quiet here and I got my studio set up the way I want it and I bought a Sodastream and some soda syrup mix so I’m all set up to go it alone and avoid the bad actors. Just being away from those sick neighbors at my old place has made me happy.
