set a goal and I fail to do so

I have a lot to do but can’t do any of it until 10 AM

made it about two hours without smoking… That’s a huge difference from every 20 to 30 minutes.

I’m not doing much these days, but I’m really want to learn self control. Over my thinking, over my habits.

I felt locked back into the addiction until I chugged a glass of water, kind of broke me back out of it.

only 1 hour remains.
