In accordance with my new sleep schedule, I was up at 4am. Yesterday I got up at 2:30am. My target wake up was 7 am, but I’m really liking the wee dark hours of the morning. Maybe I’ll try for 5am.
Anyway, I’ve eaten breakfast, sent an email about my taxes, and made a response post for my homework. It turns out that I’m more productive in the morning hours.
Today I will read another chapter in the book recommended by my therapist called “Transforming The Living Legacy of Trauma: A Workbook for Survivors and Therapists.”
I like my therapist. She is also neurodivergent.
Does anyone have any plans today? I might take a walk later.
