Today I’m volunteering at my local second hand charity shop.
Hopefully I will also go for a little walk.
Then I may watch Netflix before bed.
I’ve already done half a hour of spinning and five minutes of sit-ups.

Just got done with group. Now waiting to go get meds. Then call my peer support at 245 as she has personal stuff to attend to and can’t be in person. Which I need right now as my aunt is highly triggering to be around. But want to spend time with my gma and make sure she’s safe.
