Just got back from meds management. It took forever. I don’t know why. How long does it take you to put your meds in your weekly pill box? It used to take me about 5 minutes. I was waiting over 1/2 hour. Anyway I guess that’s how it goes.
Now I’m waiting on a delivery from RiteAid.com. I forget all what I ordered but I know I got spegetios and chocolate chip cookies. So that’s what I’m having for dinner lol.

Really hot in the house, had soup but did not really feel like eating, just sitting at the computer now clicking on things
Soup seems odd for a hot day. But hey. I know it’s hot. I’ve got the ac on and really happy 'bout it.
Don’t have much grocery wise was to tired to shop on the way home, will get some tomorrow
oh good. You know what I had that was weird? I had a lettuce sandwich. It was so refreshing. Thick lettuce with mayo on 9 grain. lol I’m weird.

I might try to cook some chicken. Never been good at cooking chicken or anything for that matter so it might be an experience.

Oven baked chicken is a good way to do it. Tenders are 20min at 400 degrees, breasts are 40 min at 400 degrees. You can slather the chicken with any kind of topping too.
I think I will boil it and slop it with some bbq sauce after I shred it.
I prefer BBQ chicken, its easy, just marinate the chicken is the desired sauce or spices with mayo.
I love eating directly from the BBQ when I am grilling. My parents hates that lol

Yes, I learned it from my mother, you marinate with mayo and spices together, the mayo makes the chicken crispier and more tender.

I like to cut it in bite size pieces and fry it in a little oil with some fresh garlic a little salt and pepper.
