Screw lifting weights. I’m already pretty muscular anyways. Everyone always asks me “Do you workout?” I mightve done 100 pushups and went to the gym for 20 minutes one time in the last 2 months, but other than that, no I don’t work out. It’s an impossible question to answer because I don’t want be that douchebag who says “No i don’t workout, but look at these GUNS anyways”

I would like to start running though. Just ran half a mile. Maybe Ill start running half a mile a day then go up to 3/4 mile then a full mile and eventually a couple miles. I don’t need to lift weights more than once in a blue moon. But running would be helpful for me. Get those endorphins going and I feel I’ll look better if I do it. Anyone else run?
I walk, hike, pace my apartment all day long. But that doesn’t usually break a sweat so thats why I wanna start running.
I just ran two miles- I had been running three, but I did five rounds on the heavy bag today so it’s okay that I only ran two miles. If I make the three miles in under thirty minutes, I feel like I did well.

Do you still smoke? Certainly that can make running for a time more difficult. I’m sure we all know that.
I’m on the e-cig juice 3 MG which is the lowest amount and I feel it doesn’t affect my lungs much. Although I did pick up a pack of cigars yesterday so that’s kind of counter productive.
I smoke one cig every morning, sometimes I smoke one for no good reason or because I can’t sleep.
I had two today, one when I woke up and one when I got bored

Ahhh that shouldn’t affect running much more than me hitting 3 mg e-cig all day. How long have you been running regularly? I know I couldn’t do 3 miles in 30 minutes because I only do half a mile in 5 minutes…I would get tired overtime. But I think if you paced yourself you can do better than 3 miles in 30 minutes/

Ya, I know what you mean about the pacing. I try to not pace and walk with goal and destination in mind.

Ya, lol. I got the idea from a game with the troll face I was playing on my phone called “nebulous”.
You eat other blobs to get your blob bigger. The other blobs are other players also playing. Lmao, and when you get to a high enough lvl, you get the troll face blob. So now you can troll on the smaller, weaker blobs…With a troll face.

I haven’t honestly hit the weights in over three years, but my 10 years of mass-building is still there. I haven’t lost any of it, really. So much for the bro-science theories on “catabolism” and protein dosages!
I tend to only go on walks when the weather is agreeable, though. It makes it more surreal.
I run daily. And walk. Meds made me gain so much weight and its so hard to get it to come off. But I do believe cardio is the best work out.
Running or jogging is the best form of exercise even i m gonna start running for 30 mins daily morning soon after monsoon ends …keep going!!!
