Is just too much pressure hanging around folk. I mean I like folk but prefer them on the end of a phone call. Not in the meatspace

I spend Christmas with my closest relatives and my best childhood friend. Couldn’t ask for more.
… aaaand I get a wee bit more adventurous for New Year’s. Involves changing countries and meeting special people.
But Christmas has always been a family affair.

You know you’ve met the right people when you don’t feel inhibited around them. Not necessarily your own kin or blood. But they do exist. Keep looking!

Yes I am also a very bad drinking companion. 2 beers or 2 glasses of wine is where I usually stop.
Whiskey is out of the question.
I do fancy the odd martini on the rocks tho

I’m planning on having a few drinks. Already got 2 bottles of prosecco and will be getting a couple more beers for it tomorrow. Wanted to have a Christmas drink with friends but we could not arrange it. So I’m having a drink with family on Tuesday.
