Going to sleep very early and

And getting up very early is what works for me best though I miss the evening TV time. I got up right before four a.m. today. I admit writing about it sounds depressing.

In the summer it is hot here and I like to go to the grocery store before sunup. There is no shade the entire walk to that store!

I’m going to walk this summer at five o’clock in the morning.

It’s peaceful and quiet in the morning and I can do nothing easily. It’s like being up late.

I have relapses and don’t always keep those hours.

I can get to the pdoc at nine o’clock in the morning before the heat gets intolerable.

I go to bed around 5 pm.

Sometimes I wake up 10 pm so that’s a long time to be awake and to be awake all night.

I also like to walk in the morning summertime when it’s not too dark.

When I did spin it was often 1 am in morning or so.
