I tend to have a lot of Haters I can tell when someone doesn’t like me, but I really do not care I am going to shine and keeping doing me regardless of what others think of me or may say about me when I am not around and when I am around. I do not pay anyone who doesn’t like me any mind please be patient with me I have so much more for you to hate some people just don’t like that I exist, but I also may have a lot of admirers as well even when I do not want to be admired. I am going to hold my head high and stay positive nothing or no one will bring me down I have no more tears to cry in the past I would of giving up and cry my eyes out in private but no more my advice to everyone on here and off here just be yourself and dare to be different everyone can be the same as everyone else that’s easy it take guts to be different from the crowd. Just my two cents well rant over

I found that the saying about not giving a flip about what others think when you hit your 40s is true.

And nearing 50 I give even less of a flip.

yep, I ignore the haters and go about my day they don’t phase me one bit at all and never will.

It’s something I’ve always struggled with. Outwardly- vehement denial vs inwardly -‘Oh s***: they’re right I’m a bad/stupid terrible etc person’. 5 positive comments can be completely obliterated by 1 negative one.

I used to care what others thought of me. But now at the age of 39 I had to work at being selfish and stop being a people pleaser.

I like to think that I don’t care what others think, and I do care less than I did when I was younger, but sometimes I still find myself caring on occasion. Mostly about people who are friends or I have respect for, though. The average person I don’t care much what they think.

I’d like to say that I don’t care what anyone thinks at all, but I can’t say it without being dishonest.

A lot of us feel this way with what we have to learn to co-exist with in our lives, it’s unjust but is what the reality is, I hope things get better for you in time.
