What cause? Schizophrenia? Mind control is real but I doubt you’ve been exposed to it.

It happened in the Navy with an advancement exam. I pretty much confirmed that my score was changed. I’ve been paranoid ever since.

Well, I won’t delve into that. But just try to stay away from conspiracy theories. It helps me.

Yeah, thanks for the help.
My psychiatrist told me to set it up with my case manager. He said it was a lot of work. A lot of coping strategies.
