I’m usually at my best when I go to sleep at 9:30pm each day. That helps me to stick to a routine and get enough sleep to feel comfortable and relaxed. Hopefully I’ll be able to stick to this today.

I really have to sort my sleeping patterns out. I haven’t gone to bed at 9:30pm, my usual time when I’m well for many years, for ages.
