Going cold turkey on some meds has set me back 6 months

My pdoc doesn’t know but I’ve been tapering myself off my meds. My wife doesn’t know either. I just feel like I’m doing better and I don’t need the meds. I’m concerned that I will have a heart attack or liver damage. I know it’s not ideal but I am taking a really large dose of my meds. I didn’t mess with my AP yet. I stayed where she put me but I tapered off Depakote. I might try to go less on my AP soon.
