Goals for rest of 2020
- To lose weight
- Lose my belly fat
- Become fitter
- Do my dumbbell excises - daily
- Stop drinking fizzy drinks
- Drink more bottled water
- Walk 5 miles a day
- Eat healthier
- Stick to 3 meals a day - breakfast - lunch - dinner
- Eat more fresh/frozen vegetables
- No surgery snacks
- Brush teeth twice a day
- Only two coffees a day
- Go to bed at a reasonable time even when not tired
- Get up early and not stop in bed
What I want to achieve by 2021
- Fit into a 42 inch trousers - currently 48 inch
- Fit into XL clothes 45-47 inch chest - currently XXL 52-54 chest
- Buy decent clothes and look smarter
Other things I want to achieve
- Stop spending money on needless stuff
- Save money
- Eat out only twice a month as a treat
- Do food shopping economical as possible
- Batch cook healthy meals
- Be a better friend
- Worry less
- Think more about positives in my life
