I also want to improve my physical health such as weight, teeth, eyesight so I do lots of stuff. I’ve lost 8kilos so far, wanna lose 2 more kilos. Brushing my teeth every night is a hard thing for me. And spending too much time in front of the computer/smartphone under negative symptoms deteriorated my eyesight. I want to gain my good eyesight back.
Yeah doing really well. Starting to lose a bit of weight after maintaining and putting on some muscle. I try to do a little more everyday. Sleeping less and way more motivated!
That’s good, mate. Besides the exercise, it’s also eating less food and selecting nutritious food. As I’ve been told or read, it’s 80% eating, 20% exercise. Exercise is easy, eating right is hard. Wish you the best of health & fitness.
