I recently went to my pdoc who prescribed abilify since my symptoms have been getting worse recently. I haven’t been taking an AP for several months, and I really didn’t want to start up again. But unfortunately my symptoms are causing me serious agitation and interfering with everything, even basic hygiene. I’m disappointed, but hopefully this helps me stabilize again.

It’s a solid plan. Function is the key and if your struggling I’m glad you saw the light.
It’s not easy but many do well and move on. Trust your doctor and take the meds same time everyday if possible. Routine helps with medications.
