I’m a little weird. If I perfect a recipe, I don’t like to share it because I’m afraid some will either change it and ruin it yet call it mine, or not change it and call it theirs.
I guess that’s pretty awful that that’s how I am about recipes. Very selfish. And I feel guilty about it.
I customized my jambalaya and gumbo recipes because paul prudhomme hardly adds much meat to his gumbo and jambalaya…I quadruple the amount of meats in the jambalaya and gumbo and have posted the recipe on here several times…I don’t blame you for guarding your secret recipes…good for you actually.
well true jambalaya has shrimp in it too but I skip that because I can’t afford it…I use raw chopped chicken breasts (4), two kielbasas. chopped, and half a small ham, chopped. I can post my recipe if you want me to.
