Getting stuck is common. Give yourself some slack. Just dont sleep weeks of time away. I used to do that a lot i got tired of doing that.
These day i usually sleep 7 or 8 hours. Yesterday i slept for 11hrs. But i feel no more rested or ready to do things than i do in 7 hrs.
It might seem pointless at first but try to do a little bit of something even if you dont feel like it.
I hate this illness having a really bad day sorry.
