Getting called a foreigner

The world is messy.

Governments have to make everyone happy and keep nations stable. And that’s a messy process when everyone has different interests. I don’t love all the policies in the US, lots of injustice.

Even the EU is putting checks and balances on American Juggernauts like google and apple.

Corporate americans hate what the EU is doing. But i think its good for everyone.

Im English, but got called a Foreigner when i was in Scotland years ago lol. Still makes me laugh. North / South Divide we have in the UK, i suppose lol.

Plenty of Polish in my town tho - they really are the backbone of the farming economy north of here. And i hate to say it, but their polish beer is awesome :stuck_out_tongue:

@Loke , We sang that song in high school choir in the early 60’s. Loved it.

People often say I’m not a US citizen. DNA results tell where your ancestors immigrated to: Southern Ontario, Northern New York, Northern Pennsylvania, Northern Georgia, North Carolina and Upper Western Michigan. Only 1 grand parent is from Northern Georgia, North Carolina.

I’m pro immigration. It’s mind boggling to me that after we have imperial and colonial style raped the world that we would also shut our doors :door::heartbeat:

Too political. The immigration issue is a very hot and divisive political topic atm. I dont think there is any doubt that this is extremely political.
